Default Inland & NPM Carbines - please help review

    Hello,
I am considering bidding on one of these M1 Carbines - Inland or NPM.
I am looking for a collector rifle.
I would like to know to what extent they look correct vs Frankenstein pieces.
Also, any thoughts as to value - I am trying to figure out how high I should bid (if it is in fact either are worth bidding on).
    Thank you in advance.

If it were me I would grab the Inland. The NPM has some problems.

What are the problems? Are not NPM's a lot rarer? Do I see stake marks under the flip sight? What is the X suffix on the Inland?

An x suffix is a duplicate serial number. They are very scarce. I agree with Tuna, The NPM doesn't look right. Not a subject that we generally discuss in detail on the open forum.

So what is a reasonable price for this Carbine?
What is FMV at this time?
I need to figure what I will offer.

Big secret? Hurt some ones feeling? They sure discuss it on M1, Mauser, etc. forums!
