    Default Picked up a nice MK2Mod1 today.

    This was the first Navy Garand I have ever seen and the local guys missed it. It has the 1965 SA 7.62 barrel so no worries of an insert ejection. Many early parts including one Winchester. The serial number shows Nov. 1942. The stock is over size and I do not know if that is right. Do not care. Paid $1200 for it and it will stay in my collection until I die and my family collection absorbs it.
