    Best guess.

    CBI - Criterion Barrels Inc
    6535448 - M1 barrel drawing number
    1-10 - Twist rate
    12-10 - Manufacture date
37 - some type of identification

anything special to know about breaking in a new barrel?

    Goo,
I've installed two new Criterion standard M1 barrels.
All I did was swab them out with Hoppe's after each range session like I would any barrel.
They had me a little scared at first, not holding black at 200 yards, but after about 75 rounds they really settled in and are equal to or even better than a GI barrel.
    Hope this helps.
    Chris.
