I'll be surprised if the evening news mentions it...............

The Caitlyn Jenner will be considered more important and will receive more publicity by today's news sources.

I haven't heard a word or seen a blip clip yet on TV. It'd be miles over the heads of most Americans today, anyway. Greatest Gen wasn't into drugs and free stuff.

I will call my 'Uncle Ed', today. He was 19 years old, when he landed on Omaha Beach in the 2nd or 3rd wave (1st Army).

D-Day and the Liberation of the Continent of Europe from the Nazis!

Good Bless Our Troops, then and now. I'm considering a trip to the range with an M1 and firing a clip or two in rememberance! We were blessed to have such heros, and leaders in politics and industry who gave them excellent tools for the job. June 6 will ALWAYS be about D-DAY to me!! CC

Yahoo ran an article on it but with a FOX video and yes the AHC channel has been covering D-Day and all other WW2 events continuously.
