Thread: Armourers marks

    Default Armourers marks

    I am getting ready to fix up a Swiss K31. I always like all the little markings you find on them. First pic is on one side of the lug showing a little rifle and Swiss cross.


    Next is the front of the lug that shows all the stampings of the fifteen or so people who handled the rifle.


    These pictures turned out pretty good, for a change.

    yep, they are neat, people read to much into them. BTW, they are called "Hallmarks" kind of th signature of the machinest, kind of a neat thing about an apprentice program they had at the time. It was the same here.
