Thread: How's the bore?

    Default How's the bore?

Any of you tired of asking the same old question of the sellers on Gunbroker: "how is the bore"?

So you're bored of asking about the bore so posted on the board?

Fine just fine! I'll ask no more boring questions of the board. Truth is I was wondering if it was just me.

Old boars at this board are bored by bores who ask about bores!

Ahh, English - don't you just love it!

But to answer your question, yes I would like that information.

Dan, thank you! An adult response to a very simple question.

Bore condition is always relevant to me in assessing the desirability and value of a firearm. When a seller avoids listing bore condition, I suspect there is usually a reason he is not 'boring' me with this important information. I do get bored with pictures of projectiles inserted in muzzles and the meaningless phrase: "strong rifling".

Mark, actually I think the guys are having fun at your expense on a rather slow Saturday. Normally they are a fountain of information, especially of the most obscure and interesting.

Oh I know that still it was nice to get at least one straight answer. I wasn't mad, just pleased to get one straight answer.
