Default Colt 1901 pistol loading pack

I was re reading the ordnance department booklet on the 1901 Colt .38 Double-Action Revolver published in APRIL 1, 1905. It has all the tech specs and it mentions a Colt Loading Pack, available from the factory. I have never seen one of these nor can I find and description of it. Any ideas what it looked like?
