    Default M1 Carbine Parts

What parts are likely to wear out from firing the carbine? What are some good sources go purchase USGI replacement parts?

    Try: Bill Ricca http://www.billricca.com/

    Numrich http://www.gunpartscorp.com/Manufact...List-37101.htm

Army Field Manual free download https://archive.org/details/FM23-7 and for the TM 9-1276 http://www.90thidpg.us/Reference/Manuals/index.html

AVOID http://riverbankarmory.com/ this guy is a rip off artist, sells repro parts as original, fakes stampings and markings. Look up reviews on him on the web.

what I did was take out all my original parts-including springs and ordered replacement NEW parts from Khar Arms as they make new carbines according to early design

If thier carbines are anything like thier Thompsons in quality , that was not wise.

Chris is 110% correct on what he said. Better to get new USGI surplus then something from Khar.
