Is that an HK in 7.62? I got to shoot one once, very fine rifle.
-Jeff L
A fine rifle, learnable with time.
I have a HK91 (SR9). I prefer its iron sights for some reason. The hole in the rear sight with the globe front sight and a round bullseye makes it easy to line everything up. The only thing I found to take some practice was putting the bolt back together after cleaning. It's a very well made, quality firearm.

I like the HK G3 looks like my one at the army with an 4x Hensoldt.

G3/91 has VERY positive extraction and ejection, and the return to battery is authoritative as well. Beats the cases to hell without the ejection port buffer. The fluted chamber is great for reliability and cooling, but it's also tough on the cases as well.
Gunner, that marvelous Schildkroete is on the endangered species list. Where did you find such a rare beast? BK
That rifle belongs to Tony-in-NH. I enquired. It is indeed a rare bird and the going cost reflects that! Beautiful rifle.
