Hard to tell with no picture. Does it feed properly? Does it shoot or jam when firing? Could be welded receiver, worn follower, worn receiver. If it shoots fine, don't worry about it. If it doesn't take to a 'smith.

Looks fine to me. The follower should slide from side to side. Put a little white lithium grease on the sliding parts.

same here, looks normal, it's not tilted at all, one rail is lower then the other. like mayer said, it does need some grease though.
Grease it is Now to get to the range.
