    Default

L.I. is for Litchfield Precision Products Co. for Inland. Also made selector switches for Inland too.

  3. Default

I think all the marked M2 parts are WW2 mfg. After WW2 they were unmarked or marked S.A. for Springfield Armory. S.A. produced complete barrel assym. slides rear sights m2 trigger housings stocks all M2 internal parts as S.A. built conversion kits to convert M1's to M2's by unit armorers. I wonder if bolts were changed to round type when converting to M2 configuration.
