!903 Bolt failures?

Thanks for the input Emri; Could this be the reason I have a SA Bolt assembly(all other parts of the bolt are RI) as opposed to a RI bolt assembly? But; guess I will start looking for another bolt assembly. I believe this rifle is one of the 8000 shipped to SA for final assembly. Again, Thanks.
