It seems strange to me that a lowly corporal is in charge of the scantly clad women and no one else in camp seems to be watching. Also, hard to imagine those costumes in 1933/38.

What's the automobile on the far left side? And the two figures on top of the poles in the 2nd pic?
Ray...looks like something on a stage? Looks like two Indians....you can see them in the linked picture...when you expand it.
