Price for volume II to active duty military is $28 delivered by priority mail in the US or APO.
Only the actual shipping charges will be charged no handling fees. A few random comments about shipping, Canada seems to be $19.95 the rest of the world $23.95. These prices are a little lower because I use Click & Ship from home. A new requirement is that all out-of-country shipments I have to supply the telephone number of the person receiving the package, so if you do this by mail please include that. I offer PayPal for overseas customers.
I will accept personal checks or cash. No need for money orders or bank checks I will ship as soon as I receive funds.
