My Riesch book says it's a Standard Products or IBM.
IBM

Standard Products only used 10,000 of those housings from IBM in February 1944 time frame.
Cool, I used to work for IBM. any idea on year?
IBM made some 346000 or so carbines from about Sept 1943- May 1944
IBM used the type 4 trigger housing from the beginning of production in August 1944 till the last 25 made in May 1944. These last ones were from clean up of the plant and may or may not have gone to the military. They may have been presentations to employees. Production is considered to have ended in April 1944.
I thinks Tuna means Aug. of 43 , not 44.

Chris your right. My big fingers got in the way, again.
