The carbine looks nice the ammo is Chinese corrosive.
If it was mine I sure would check to see if it's corrosive.

Unless I positively confirmed it to be non-corrossive, I would not shoot that ammunition in my carbine - period. It is almost certainly Chinese corrosive berdan primed ammunition and it will permanently damage your carbne if not cleaned thoroughly with hot soap and water immeditaely after every firing. Hoppe's No. 9 will not remove the imbedded salts that will eat up the gas system and start corrosion in every joint and cranny it comes in contact with. Your carbine, but that is JMHO. It is the Chinese made fake 1952 LC stamped corrosive primed ammo. USGI ammo was never ever packaged in cheap cardboard boxes let alone stamped 7.62 MM LC with a rubber stamp.
