recoil plate ID

I've got a type 3 recoil plate, not cast, that's identified with a hyphen (-) within a circle on the left side of the tang. Any idea who the mfr would be? Thanks

Answered on two other forums. No idea of post war manufacturer. One would have to be found in a sealed pack or contract information discovered.
