Default Caution on this GB Dulite RR

Several month's ago I got burned by a fellow in AZ on a early 2nd logo RR. While the
slide was pitted the entire left side rail/edge and the rear/left side of slide was used as a "hammer"
sometimes in the past. All of this damaged area was carefully "not shown" in the auction.
And some great photo shop work. The mag shown is as parked as they get, but nice blue
    color. Right !!

Make a long story short, the seller finally agreed to take it back, minus a "$250 restocking
fee". If you or anybody you know are bidding on GB # 344899849 BEWARE !

Dang1 That's a pretty hefty fee. I think I'd talk to the AZ attourney genaral or BBB.

Is the one in the auction the same one you bought/returned?

    Yes, that's it.

The pictures in the auction certainly do not look like the gun you described receiving. Seller also has an "unspecified" return policy, guess that is where the $250 "restocking" fee came from. Returns are not address in the text of the listing either, so you probably did the right thing - your first loss is your best loss, better to be out $250 (lesson learned) than the full purchase price.

In Arizona fraud is a felony. Contact the AZ AG's Office. They have complaint forms on line.

You might want to search it again. Gunbroker # 344899849
It's still up and he has sold it again for $2450, to a bidder with ZERO History on GB.
I smell "shill" all over this "seller"
