    Default Haenel-Lorenz extractor

A friend has had his fathers bring back rifle from WWII for many years. It is a Haenel-Lorenz Wehrmannsgewehr target rifle, Cal 8.15X46R. Unfortunately it has the dufffel bag cut through the fore end and the extractor has had the end broken off. Where can an original extractor be found for this rifle. He would like to shoot it.

    Default

A good gunsmith could make one, that might be his best chance to get the rifle working again. I use to reload 8,15x46R using 30-30 Rem cases with the rim turned down and the case cut back, used RCBS dies. Most important is the bore diameter as there are alot of variations
