Default Optics short lived in high power?

    3.1 Service Rifle –
    (f) DELETE

I looked that rule up and it's the one that allowed optics.

    (f) Service Rifle Optic Sight - Same as Service Rifle Rule 3.1(a) through (d) except there is no restriction as
    to sights

on edit, I should have read further and I cannot remember how to delete a post.

3.3.2 NRA Any Sight Match Rifle/Tactical Rifle –
    (c) Competitors may use a service rifle equipped with
optic sights to compete under this rule. Competitors
using service rifles described in Rules 3.1(c) and
3.1(d) may remove the carry handle to allow mounting
    of the optic sight.
