Default Different type of bolt action Mauser style rifle.

A dealer friend of mine just received two rifles in to be put on consignment. One is a BYF 43 standard 98 Mauser mixmaster. The other is a bit different in that the bolt has an extractor like an M1 or 30 carbine but much bigger and it's spring loaded. The stock appears to be a two piece with the butt joined at the receiver like an Enfield. The safety is like that on the 98 but smaller in size. There are few markings on it other then 43M on the receiver ring and a serial number on the left side of the barrel. I know I have seen these before but I cannot place it. Can anyone ID the make of this rifle? TIA
