Sight adjust rule:
Move the rear sight the same direction you want the bullet to move.
Move the front sight the opposite direction you want the bullet to move.

I have a Rock Island 1903 which regularly fails to eject. Extracts fine, but does not kick the empty out, even with firm bolt cycling. Tried several ejectors without success.
Any suggestions?

As an M1 armorer I can tell you a new GI or aftermarket barrel should throat at 1.75. That is why the original GI TE gauge has a dot there. GI barrels were discarded after reaching 5 on the TE gauge...

Stock fits properly.
Trigger guard assembly correct.
300000+ RIA receiver rifle. Last round wants to jump out of mag as soon as bolt is all the way to rear. Replaced follower and spring but problem persists. Where do I go now?
Are the trigger/sear assemblies of the M2 different from the 1903?
Is the M2 bolt stop different from the 1903?
