Good show guys, wish I could share one!
There is guy selling just the handles now on CMP if that works for you.
Thanks much, I plan to use it as a truck gun mostly for coyote encounters in northern Maine summers and fall. They are hell on the deer, most deer tracks have the "coy dogs" on it.
The seller is...
Nice Art! I've got an M1A socom enroute. Been looking for a lighter load to tame the muzzle blast on that beast.
Not reloading yet, so am looking at Hornady 125gr. AMAX. Any thoughts on that?
A wonderful "full circle" story, thanks and happy birthday!
Good score! Looks like the 82G is dialed in.
This seller has been here before on the old Jouster forum. An attorney (imagine that), that would present his views on humped parts etc.
and argue with the old salts then. He was called out and left...

Wondering how your second rifle looks and works. Is it scoped?
Fired mine last summer and it's a keeper.
Some great links guys, thanks !
"quote"I love family guns, I'm the current keeper of many of them, I have my grandfathers WWII era SA M1 Garand which was a DCM sales rifle and also my dad's Type III NM M1 he purchased at the...

There is no mention at at all of the first lady or a Mayor. This is a well done article on real history.
If your going to interject them, provide provenance and proof, or stay out!
I lifted this from another forum. A great article on the ATK formed for WWII, and their rifles. Enjoy the history!

Quite common, the term is 'tolerance stacking". Either the safety or bolt sleeve is worn to not work together.. Probably the bolt sleeve.
I would suggest E-bay. You can set up a search using the model parameters and be notified when one comes available.
I understand the want to shoot it. Maybe so as Dick described, but a weak receiver is a problem any way you look at it despite head space.
Maybe I'm just parroting old myths, but I would wall hang...
The herd has grown by 4 (?) since the last group pic. I enjoy all your group pics. And don't forget the sentry outside.
The best is you build and shoot them all.
My annual rainy day clean and...
The Ocala range is crude but never crowded due to driving distance. Range out to 300 if I remember right. Haven't been there in years.
Might be worth a road trip, and swim Juniper springs as well....
Nice Merc!
I have an aunt in Punta Gorda that I always visit during Christmas. I don't usually think about shooting during the holidays, but always go back in April to trim her trees etc., and will...
