It should have a vertical H and P stamped on the hood of the barrel visable thru the ejection port and a two toned, pinned base unmarked magazine. If so, it appears to be original. Can't touch one on...

I picked up a Stevens M77E heat shield thinking it was for a 520-30. It has a plum patina front, 5welded spots on the front, 21x4 vents, 2 sets of demples and three allen head screws. No markings....
