It can't be 'correct'.
It has brand new wood, not an original HRA stock, which is the only way it could be called 'correct'
IIRC, the Y02 is the most common and generally considered to be 'the' 6 mil bolt, along with limited Y01 and Z4B examples.

The no-step bolts were used for most of Winchester production. The stepped bolts came very late in production.

Seem fairly common, my 4,664,4xx, had an 11-52 HRA barrel. It has with the punch mark in the P, thanks for the info Orlando.
The gas port hole in the barrel is supposed to be around .100 inch for the .308 Garand.
If the .308 barrel gas port is well under .100 inch, (too much pressure) this could case ejection problems....
