Looking at this 1903 for a possible purchase. I was hoping you guys could tell me a little about it. Looks like a re-arsenal with nice wood, patchy Parkerizing and a little pitting in the bore. ...

The feed ramp is in the white. I will take more pictures this weekend and post them.

I wiped it down to take pictures so it wouldn't have too much glare. Most parkerizing that I have seen has a blasted base and this has what looks more like a sanded finish or dulitestyle.

It does have a very fine finish on the whole gun. It seems to have uniform wear on the entire weapon. It came from a person who has owned it from the late 50's. He has done nothing other than shoot...
