Does the R1 bolt, RI stock, lack of Proof stamps, indicate
maybe an early WWII rebuild? Bore looks nice and bright
and near new throat and muzzle measurements.

The 12-27 SA barrel measures about 1.5 or so both ends.

I don't ever recall seeing a 500k sn 1903. This one 559135, with 9-13 SA barrel,
and USWV stamp on the stock.
