How come my posts show query marks (?) instead of either quotation marks or apostrophes?
When I preview my posts, all is well . . . .but when I post, the forum CHANGES the apostrophes and quotation marks to query?s!

must be something in the software,
I've corrected similar on some of the stickies in parts of the forum, and noticed it happens, apparently at random
