The barrel looks too short for a Vietnam Ithaca riot gun. maybe it's just the angle the shotgun is being held.
I was going by the location and shape of the lug and cap. Don't know what else it could be, does not look like the 77E or Mod 12.
Winchester model 25 riot.
Looks more like a Winchester that an Ithaca.
