He's sticking with his original defence
"I didn't pull the trigger"
Yup, he's an idiot as there's no way a SSA
can fire without pulling the trigger.
If the hammer slips before full cock it's not
in battery. He cocked the hammer pointed
the barrel at the woman and fired.
My big question is Why ? I'm suspicious.

I’m also suspicious . . . .

What has NOT been said, is . . . . .
Was Alec set up? . . . .FRAMED?
Did someone want her GONE?

Anything's possible but Baldwin is the one who aimed the gun.

I very much doubt it. There's no way "a rigger" could have known Baldwin would do something so monumentally stupid.

And Alex is such a kind gentle person.

I read a report yesterday that the film's original chief armorer walked off the set over "misfires" the day before the shooting.

Still a lot that hasn't really been answered. Main contention still is what the heck was live ammo doing on set in the first place...

The Hollywood idiots who had never been around guns liked to play with it between scenes shooting at cans and whatnot. What could possibly go wrong using the same gun to shoot blanks and live ammo?

Not just the armorer. Most of the crew walked too.

They should testify on behalf of the victims.

Because you walked off doesn't mean you weren't there.
Twenty somethings making movies. I don't blame Baldwin much. He was an employee. Management was lacking. Managment being kids in this case. Weekly training; yeah, it's boring. Didn't any of you guys ever work for a real company? Ask me how I know. Actually, I won't tell that story.

You don't blame Baldwin much ? Then who do you blame.

That's exactly what it means. Bye.

He slip-fired the gun, Take as SAA -- UNLOADED -- put your in the trigger guard and apply only light pressure. Pull the hammer back. You will NOT hear three clicks. Release the hammer and see what happens.

Jesse James had a gun set up for slip firing No trigger or sear. One of the guns Harold Croft brought to Keith's homestead in outside of Durkee, Oregon was set up for slip firing.
