She was a mechanic for military vehicles during WW II though she was a princess. She probably did minimal work and vehicles were simple back then but she has never restrained from getting into things and getting her hands dirty.

She had a great sense of humor too. I read where she would mingle with people and pose for picture taking with those who didn't recognize her knowing that somewhere down the line it would be discovered that they posed with the queen.

70 years service, she met and knew 15 PM's and 14 U.S. presidents. LBJ is the only prez who did not meet with her.

There won't be another like her.
