Dan, sure it counts. It is different than most collections I have seen in the past. Good job placing them in individual glass ( I assume) containers for viewing. How about a close up of one of them. Others might be able to use this for something they have and not figured out how to dispaly them.

Curious about the first and last items in the top shelf.

Thanks for sharing.

Very nice and a man after my own heart, love the gun accessories. My display cabinet is full and that looks like a good solution to a space problem,go vertical.

Here's the first, examples of several Riker cases with various projectiles and period tools.

Next are two McKeever Pouches. One carrying the Trapdoor 45-70 Gov't cartridge. The other the .30-40 Krag.

The Pouches as you can see from the display hold this up in the background. Copies of vintage arms manuals issued to the troops.

Does the BATFE view this as a suppressed pistol?

Aw, that 'magazine' rifle stuff will never catch on! It's just a fad. Like the inter-tubes thingy! :icon_lol:

I keep telling people that smokeless powder is but a passing fancy that soon will be gone and that while the M1 Garand may be an interesting mechanical gadget it won't replace a real rifle like the trapdoor.Noooooobody listens.:icon_scratch:
