47703 Case marked SBS 09 Nato mark. What is the bullet type, Green top then White. Frangible? Also who is the maker. Sellier and Bellot?

Looks like a frangible 7,62mm to me, I would think it was used as a machine gun training cartridge ?

I found some information in a very early edition of Cartridges of the World that stated the
frangible 7,62mm was using in the M73 Tank m/g and M60 m/g for training
