Looks similar to my fence in the backyard between me and an apartment building. ie: druggies and drunks!

No joke. My daughter and I stayed in the car while my wife did some shopping. Liquor store in clear view. It was both comical and scary watching people pull up to the liquor store. No barriers were harmed but cars were parked all over the place. Fire lane? Handicapped parking? Nothing was safe.
