Pic upload gripes

This site is refusing my remote hosted (fototime) files as too large. What are you guys doing to post images?

Pete,

I use photoshop to size and save my photos at 8x10 and 200 dpi resolution. Then I just upload off my computer. If you don't have Photoshop there are free programs like GIMP that will do the same job.

Check the settings. Some original pics can be huge. My Camera files come out at 6000 pixels(one way of measuring) on a side. That big enough to put on a museum wall. 650-950 is about right for the net.
