Can the membership please look at this weapon and let me know if you can tell if it is consistent with a legitimate arsenal rework? And what would
a consensus of value be to this type of non factory original weapon.

No, it is probably a Kleins gun.
Being refinished and the stock messed with, it has no value above that of a shooter, if it is functional.
