I came upon this a couple of weeks ago in a small out of the way gun shop in a small town. It was what I thought it was so I haggled a bit and it came home with me. Don't see these too often...improved I frame 5 shot S&W 38 caliber of 1953. It numbers to 1955-56. Here's a few pics. Rich 31437314383143931440
