Finally got around to mounting the Lyman 17 Front Sight on my No.2 MK IV*. Have had the PH5A Rear on it for a while. The problem I found today was that the apertures that I have are to large for the A23/5 targets that I was using. I had to go to a 25 Yard Pistol target with about a 6 inch bull to get a good sight picture(probably would help is I didn't have old eyes). Once I got it sighted I could keep all shots in the 10 Ring (not pretty groups like my 52D though). This is a trainer and not a target rifle. Was shooting off the bench at 50 yards and using CCI Tactical ammo. It may benefit from some better ammo. But I am pleased with the results.
