Not one that's published, however there are many tricks in the DMR manual.

No Marine Corp but have many accuracy files (M1 M1A &M14) from Gus Fisher and US Army AMU in digits.

The M14 is not my baliwick- (deal only in the M1 Garand) I'll provide the info to the buddy, he may want to contact you, is that all right?
