Looking at WRA M1 in s/n range of 2,535,xxx which is "supposed" to be Jan. '45 manufacture shortly before the WIN-13 receiver marking. Checking for correct parts and needing to know if the aperture would or would not have the "tracks" on the bottom or in this range was there an overlap where either type could be correct. Thanks.

It should not have tracks on the underside. Also look for a punch mark at the bottom of the gear spline (may not appear) and the typical Winchester rounded transition to the eye piece.

Aperture is definitely WRA with tracks. At what time did the tracked aperture begin use on the WRA rifles?
