can't add attachments..help

when I go to manage attachments and click Add Files a window comes up and when I click Select files nothing happens. Also how do I delete files that are in the manage attachments site? I have not had a problem prior to this as I have posted pics about a week ago. Thanking you in advance. Rich

Try clearing your browser cache and cookies, then restart the browser app. See if that works.
