Much nicer then the Colt 1917 listed in the last thread. At 95% it would list around the $1400 mark

Man $1400! They have really went up in the past 10 years or so. I remember selling mint Smiths for around $600 and afterwards feeling lucky I got that much for them. Everyone wanted the Colt and the Smiths were very hard to sell. I guess this was about the same time that I was getting around $200 for a nice Victory. I doubt they are that cheap anymore and I probably don't even want to know what they are worth.

It's crazy how much this stuff appreciates. I couldn't imagine being an old timer and see the prices change since the 60's or so. :)

Well I just paid $600 for this Victory and holster and felt the price was fair.

I always liked those big guns but could never find a US issue in any condition here in Canada. I had to settle for an Argentine which didn't work well. I sold it and bought a 625 S&W. That one's gorgeous...
