Wood replacement grips

I have a super nice Astra Constable in 380 cal. The grip panels use 2 screws each. Are fancy wood replacement grips available for this pistol? Something like coco bolo or fancy walnut? Thank you for your reply.

IIRC, years ago it was a factory option (something like +$60). Have never seen anyone have them as a stock item.
