Question on a Colt Target Match Woodsman with walnut fitted grip?

My local dealer has a first model Colt Woodsman Target Match with the walnut grips on consignment. It's in about a conservative 90% condition with two magazines. The serial number is just a bit under 300. The asking price is $1799. Would this be in the ball park for this model? TIA.

Seems hi to me, even in boxes. Hes betting on the low number but as I was once told---low numbers don't mean a thing, unless its #1!
