Finally got me an M-1 Carbine. Picked it up from my FFL today. Have not had a chance to fire it yet, but it looks great. After the deal with Deans Gun Restorations over in Jacksboro Tennessee where he charged me $ 300.00 restocking fee on a piece of junk, I had to save my money back up before trying it again. This little gun looks great and the slide will latch open. It came from James river armory. The receiver is marked Rock-Ola .They fired it before sending it out, I can see where the cartridges marked the slope into the chamber. That is a good deal, means they care!!! Will let yall know as soon as I get a chance to shoot it.
