New springfield barrels

had a friend call me tonight, has a quanity of original new springfield 2groove/4groove barrels for the 1903A3 rifle. These are not new production but the real barrels, and is interested in selling them.
I will see them most likely towards the beginning of august.

If you can post the markings on the barrels, you might get additional information. Worth depends on date, finish and condition of the bores. "Production" 1903A3 barrels (those that were fitted on completed rifles - 1943-type) are worth a bit more than 1944 barrels, which were virtually all used as replacements.
