Repro or Real USGI M1A1 scabbard. Milltex products inc 1943

I remember these 10 years ago all over gunshows. Alltex was a legit WW2 Maker but not Milltex. What say you guy's?

someone paid 380+ for a repro IMHO

Looking at the stitching on the seams and on the straps I would say your right about it being a repo.
