I have been reading up on this new Winchester rimfire cartridge. 3000 fps with a 20 grain bullet; 2600 with a 25 grain. Supposedly the fastest rimfire ever made. Out perfoms most other .17's downrange. in Since I only have an old Mossberg 22lr, I think I will pull the trigger on the Savage B Mag whenever they come out. Savage was saying late March. Now they are saying Mid April. I figure it will be June or July before all I ever see one.
In the meantime, I hope to get the Mossberg back together and do some plinking on the back 40.
