I picked up one of these about 10 years ago and I can't find it in any of my price books. When I ordered it, I was told they only imported about 600. It was used on the Berlin wall by the Russians. It is 5.56x39 I think. It has a plastic stock and a scope. It is in unfired condition. Any idea on value. A guy at a gun shw offered me 1,000. He said that's what they were getting. Thanks, Rog

Thank you for your time. I'm not looking to sell it right now, but how come I can't find it in any price books? Is it that rare? How come if it is a sniper rifle, it has such a small cal. bullet? Rog

I have never heard of one with a plastic stock.

Mine is a blond wood stock and has a letter signed by Major John Plaster (wrote The Ultimate Sniper book) that this rifle came from is personal collection.

For those that have one of these - how does yours shoot?

I ahve heard that the laquer on the cases gets sticky after firing a few rounds when the chamber heats up a bit and makes extraction problematic. I have not fired mine enough to experience this.
