Looking for globe front sight for 03

Looking for one that fits the 03 front sight base.
Are newly made ones currently available?

Or in the alternative where can I find one that has a base ring one piece with the sight that replaces the original F.S. base?

I remember seeing them on 03 target rifles back in the 60's. I think Lyman made one that fit right on and replaced the entire front sight.
